Orbit Rivals Terms of Use
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Orbit Rivals is a bubble-shooter game for phones and the web, published by BitKettle. By installing or playing it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play.
The game
Orbit Rivals is free to play. It has no accounts, no ads and no purchases. You may play it for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
Online races
Races run on our server and need an internet connection. You may enter any name you like (up to 20 characters). Your opponent sees it, so please keep it friendly: no real full names, no hateful, sexual or abusive names, and no impersonating anyone. We may refuse or end a race that breaks this rule.
Fair play
Please do not cheat, tamper with the game or its data, send automated or excessive requests to the server, or try to disrupt other players. To keep the server working for everyone we limit how many requests and rooms one internet address can create.
Our content
The game, its art, characters (including Orbi), music and sound effects belong to BitKettle or its licensors. You may not copy, sell or republish them. Credits for third-party material are listed in the game's repository credits file.
Availability and changes
We do our best to keep the game running, but we do not promise that the server will always be available or that races will never be interrupted, for example during an update. We may change, pause or stop the game or the online races at any time.
No warranty and limits of liability
The game is provided as it is, without promises that it is free of errors. To the extent the law allows, BitKettle is not responsible for any loss that comes from playing it. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the law where you live that cannot be limited by agreement.
Privacy
How the game handles information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
